  1. The only person on that list that makes sense to me is crumedy. He is only recently healthy and available to play. The others they have had time to see in practice and likely somewhat know who they are. Maybe add velus to that list but only in return situations as we will need to figure out our kick/punt return situation in the offseason. Richardson has already had plenty of playing time so i expect that to continue.
  2. it helps when they're in a division with tennessee, jacksonville, and indianapolis
  3. I would say you gotta add an "if" to XL. For brooks we can't say oh TD came back from 3 ACL injuries, brooks can do it. It just isn't that easy. Especially if we select a running back late this draft with it being s deep RB class. He won't play much in 2025 if he even plays at all, tough road ahead but i hope he comes back and proves the pick right. right now though unfortunately our first and second round picks don't seem to be trending in the right direction. Brooks more than XL, but XL still has a lot to prove. Hasn't had the best year, though his route running is somewhat better than expected. He is still raw and we knew that prior to the draft.
  4. I seriously don't see us firing Evero. I would almost be shocked if we did.
  5. Ill wait. I need to see something special next season to be fully onboard. But every now and again i take a small bite of crow.
  6. Yeah we gotta stop trying to compare bryce to other QB's to try to talk him up. Has Bryce been improving? Yes. Has he lived up to his expectations yet? no. Bryce is going to get next year because of how much we gave up, where he was selected, and no for sure hit of a replacement being there for us to grab now. Regardless, we aren't a QB away. Do we need a QB? yes. But we won't be getting a top 10 QB this offseason. Continue letting him attempt to improve and make a decision in 2026 when he has either ended the conversation with more improvement or handed us his replacement via draft spot.
  7. My friend google defines it as... A franchise quarterback can be loosely defined as a player that a team can build their franchise and scheme around, rather than one that simply slots into a game manager role. To win in today's passing-oriented NFL, it's (almost) always necessary to have one of these guys leading your offense.
  8. I mean you are on a message board. Maybe your expectations are too high? Expecting ESPN analyst level conversations/threads from here is on you. Come here voice your opinion, converse with others having the same or differing opinion, and laugh at the one's you deem as crazy. No need to go crazy because the entire fanbase doesn't think how you do or don't have intelligent takes.
  9. Part of me wants to say there's no way this is true, but after dealing with Tepper... anything is possible with these owners man sheesh
  10. I just think it will be hard for us to get a better DC. Will a DC really want to join Dave Canales? Do they trust Canales will be here past next season? Will teppers alleged new hands off approach last? I do think Tepper allows us to shell out the money to hire someone, but im just not sure about our ability to get a Saleh for example.
  11. Im surprised they still plan to air our games on tv
  12. Honestly starting to lean a lot more towards Graham/Carter, but obviously you take Hunter if he is available.
  13. Agree on the Tepper piece at the end for sure. But i think they stupidly gave Rhule the year 3 based off his college history of year 3 being the year they "put it all together".
  14. 1. They chose to get rid of Burns to instead use that money on offense 2. They could've offered more to luvu (not saying he would accept) 3. injuries happen every year Look im not saying we should fire them but 1 and 2, they made those decisions. They are staying because they have to stay. We have to give them a chance to develop as a staff. We can't go into the offseason looking for our 5/6 or 7th HC in what 7 years (i didn't look up the actual number of HC's it would be in the time Tepper has been here) because we wouldn't be an organization that any top coach this cycle would want to come to as it would look like Tepper is getting involved again and etc. etc. But your points don't count as excuses to keep them to me.
