The fact they paid some bums for 2 years to come up with that horrible grass, and only employ the refs as part time employees seemed like glaring issues today. The actual teams and coaches were professional though

I didn't really notice the jersey tug from JB, watching the replay it was kinda weird, almost like he held onto the WR's frame to keep from slipping on that horrible field. Unfortunate way to end a really good game

Yeah we've seen worse no calls in playoff games. I just recall one of the Jaycee mic'd up's where a ref explained a similar situation to him and he got flagged for something like that after 5 yards.

From what I recall the DB can have hands on a guy 5 yards from the LOS, and even after that the ball was thrown like 10 yards away from where the WR was anyway. fuging lame call

Almost seems like the top 2" isn't even ingrained in the soil or something. Which would make sense if they just rolled out sheets of grass on top of soil 2 weeks ago hoping it would merge together by now

It either stays inside or gets rolled out to basically the parking lot. There was youtube vid on it like 10 years ago. I've never seen it look this bad so yeah seems like they fuged up on switching it out only 2 weeks ago in the middle of winter

It's 60 degrees on dry grass I have no idea how this is so slippery. It is basically a couple feet of dirt on a huge retractable stage so maybe it hasn't dealt with temperature swings very well or something
