  1. That's sound logic! I think we could make a case for a few players. I know its not popular with a few but Warren gives to the identity we want. Tremble is mostly a blocker. Sanders flashed late but mostly a receiving threat at the moment. Warren is an automatic 1st down, run blocks, runs the ball and can even line up and throw it. To me he is if you took the Taysom Hill and actually could play tight end too. I just think looking at Goedert, Kelce, Laporta, Hoeckenson, Baltimore Tight ends, Knox and Kindcaid and etc... all the last few teams had stellar Tight end play. Warren allows you to be unpredictable on offense bc he is equally good at being a target, as he is a blocker. Don't want to run Bryce on a qb sneak, plug Warren in with the threat to pass. I would be happy with him, Walker or a few others. As long as the player isn't riding the bench year 1.
  2. Very much possible! Just that Qbs always get hyped up the closer to the draft. Somebody definitely would go get him if he starts sliding and I'd assume 7 and 8 are definitely trade up spots if he gets past 3. Pats probably don't want to get out of the top oline in a trade back, So I'd count them out. Jags seem bent on Tet and Graham, so don't see them moving too far back. Oakland will most likely take Jeanty. Jets... definitely a wildcard with so many holes...
  3. I see Ward Sanders Hunter Carter Graham Jeanty As definitely going before our pick. Then you add in teams with young qbs that need protection... So add in at least 1 Oline(maybe 2)... I think it will come down to Walker n Warren or trade back and Nick or Golden. Funny he has Warren top 10 but he gets so much hate. Dude is athletic and has the dawg mindset Dan looking for.
  4. Idk.. I heard Antonio character was always something but Golden looks like the good version of Antonio in Pittsburgh.
  5. I'll admit, I'm late to 1 prospect that's got my attention. Matthew Golden looks like a young Antonio Brown to me. If we trade back a few, I wouldn't mind him at all.
  6. I feel you... our scheme is safety specific but I only hate that Evero is involved. I don't mind the talent but Evero shouldn't have much say in the decision.
  7. I got the feeling Nick may be the guy unless we sign Blackmon of course. We've spent the most time with him, just like Xavier last year. Hell, they probably was on Nick last year as well as much as we spent time at USC
  8. He was but that work ethic ran him right out the league fast!
  9. He could be ok but we can't afford to have Kelvin Benjamin all over again. Not at pick 8...
  10. So many ways we could go but that'd definitely be the most physically gifted and imposing secondary we've ever fielded. Everyone but wade is 6'1 to 6'3 and can move. If the pass rush n front put It together....itd have a chance to ne a special group. I still think Demani showed glimpses too.
  11. I know some don't like it... but the fact he also blocks and runs at the goaline and even can pass... Since we not using Bryce for qb sneaks... he'd give us multiple wrinkles. He is 1 of like 4 prospects I like
  12. They are doing a ton of work on 2nd/3rd round edge players. I know they don't want to box themselves in but Offense or safety may be on their mind at 8.
  13. You raise a valid point. I see Russell giving them a chance vs going with a qb. I've seen they are high on Dart too. Possible 2nd round or trade up option at the back of 1.
  14. The giants aren't going qb then. Gonna wait a year and go for Archie. I bet they tried to trade back to get ammunition for next year.
  15. I think the rams wr did the same thing. His gametaoe remind me of him and definitely a guy you catch sliding in the draft in rd 4 or 5 and end up outplayed the slot.
  16. Yeah when you look at the film, he does seem to get a good separation(hands on tackle) from the lineman. Just didn't know it was at 32. Dudes a true athletic freak.
  17. Exactly, his arm length is longer than parsons and at basically the some weight. Some guys just play way bigger Than their size. He flashes on film more than anybody outside of Carter.
  18. Von Miller was around the same height n weight coming out too. If it was Walker, it'd be the best option of the edges unless Carter falls some. Otherwise get the edge in round 2 or trade up for 1 that's falling to the back of round 1.
  19. I understand you fr and especially if he goes for a project(not ready edge) at 8. Graham would be another pick but I hate loading up and dudes having to fight to get reps in some scenarios. Top 10 is plug n play.
  20. So far, the 2 positions we are still lacking in numbers is tight end and safety. We have a ton of bodies at edge regardless if some will get cut. Ton of dts. Added linebacker depth. A good amount of wrs... o line stacked up. I assume we will sign a couple players before the draft but competition at this moment is lacking at tight end and safety. Got to see how this things plays out soon...
  21. Same thing I've said!! It has to be someone starting in the top 10. No more projects.
  22. Warren will be on their radar on attitude alone. Dan loves gritty guys but your right Emannwori makes sense as checking multiple boxes. The other edges present questions that you can probably just use ya 2nd round on 1 or trade back up if 1 starts falling. If Carter gets to 4, I'd assume Dan and crew will be tempted to check on a trade too.
  23. If he gets to 4, I'm about sure Dan and crew will be tempted to go up for him. It's ideal enough a dro back for the Patriots to still land their tackle. Luke you said tho, would the price be too steep but he'd instantly turn the front 7 into a menace.
