lol. You said one mistake by coaching. I gave you 1 defensive coaching mistake and multiple Canales mistakes (offense and HC decisions) and you are trying to twist it and say I don’t blame Evero. When I say coaches screwed up, I mean offense, defense, STs and HC decisions like time management. Who else am I blaming in my comment: There was one defensive formation in the last seconds of the game that cost us. It’s OK to be wrong. You just twist the response into something that wasn’t even my prior argument.

Exactly. I’m an absolute critic and the no sneaks is one of my reasons to get a new QB but today was definitely not on him.

Lol. Ok, Shough was amazing. Root for him. I want Young gone but this is not a week to complain about Young. Plenty of weeks before this one for that. Canales played a roll 50x larger in this loss and others. Iky killed a drive that was rolling at midfield. TMac didn’t make a great catch in the end zone like multiple Saints WRs made for Shough. He also ran a 4 yard route getting immediately tacked one yard short on 4th. Canales called the exact same play on two straight 4th and shockingly the second one failed. Lost enough points there to win easily.

Lol. I think you’ve mistaken me for someone else. I’ve been saying I want a new QB since his rookie year and I still want someone who can run a sneak and has a better arm but today, I’d say coaching, Iky (penalty and letting Young push him like a ragdoll), Ransam, CSW, Horn and many others had far bigger roles in this loss. That’s all I’m saying. This week is not a hate Young week like SF was.

He threw 8 more passes and Bryce had at least the one Coker throw. If Bryce had WRs uncovered like Shough did, he has a nice game too. Not trying to act like Bryce was a stud but Bryce wins easily if the coaches and other players don’t play like poo.

Shough didn’t outplay anyone. We had our DBs 10 yards deeper than every route. We certainly weren’t stopping TMac on 3rd and 5 when he ran one lard short. Their D was right there keeping him to 4 yards. I honestly thought our D play calling made Shough and his no namers to look like Joe to Jerry. Bryce wasn’t a HOFer today but his supporting cast and coaches were awful today.

Could easily have won. Bad personal and coaching decisions and Young was not the problem at all IMHO. I’ll still be there Sunday so hopefully we don’t blow that one as badly as we blew this one.

One? Lol. I’ve never seen anyone so adept at making sure you aren’t perceived as incorrect. There was one defensive formation in the last seconds of the game that cost us. Our poo ass clock management in the two minute offense cost us a chance at a TD instead of a FG. 4 more points wins the game. We also went for it on 4th and 1 in the 4th quarter and didn’t get it. A 50 yard FG puts us up 10 to a team that has scored 7 points in 3 quarters. I’m not even going to discuss the multitude of bad play calls throughout the game but those 3 coaching decisions all contributed to a loss instead of a relatively easy win. Again, I’m sure I’ll see a response but I’m not going to bother to read it because it’ll be some sort of bad explanation of how I’m thinking something else.

Hmm, judging by results? Lol. We got 7 turnovers and a pick 6 lost by 11 and won by 3. We got swept by a team that’s 2-10 against everyone else. We got out coached and out played by a shitty team today. My main point that you still missed is that this team is not 1 draft away and our coaches and GM staff have not done enough to be lauded to the point that they have built a contender. We aren’t close. Our best players weren’t there when we needed them.

Horn is terrible. I’m sorry but he has so many bad plays that overtake his good ones. He (and CSW) have given up 250 yards. Horn lost the prior Saints game and is doing his damnedest to lose this one.

We are. This should be over. As “bad” as the D has been they have given up 10 points. We scored 7 on our first drive of the game and barely any since. Instead of getting a 10 point lead we run the same play and get stopped. We don’t run 5 yards out on 3rd and 5.

We better win this effin game. Doing everything we can to screw it up but are still ahead.

The sloppiness today after a bye is awful. The coaching has been pretty damn poor today.

He’s an EFRA I’m 2026 and an RFA in 2027. We’ve got him for his 3rd and 4th year easily with no worries unless someone wants to give us a 1st for him.

Awful. Instead of calling a timeout after TMac’s catch and get a good call We waste 30 seconds and lose yardage on a TE screen with no blockers. So dumb.

@Mr. Scot See this post? That’s what I’m talking about. One more good draft and we’re a SB contender? Good to go means that. I’m optimistic that we can win the division, if we can beat NO but I am not optimistic that one more good draft (not one draft since 2018 is that good) gets us to a SB contender.

Lol. Sorry man, I was 100% right that you missed the point. I’m actually expecting us to win because I think we should beat NO and it seems like Tampa is in a huge rut and we’ll be at home. That’s why I bought tickets for the Tampa game. Not wanting to praise our front office/HC and act like the team is built <> being optimistic about winning the division. This place has a tendency to laud GMs and/or coaches way too early and often act like they had an amazing draft. Remember how much you liked Fitterer? I do.
