  1. TC coverage has been so sparse that we hardly know how anyone is looking.
  2. That and an MVP QB with a unique skill set who could make up for the rest of the offensive shortcomings largely single handedly... and a D that played out of their minds. I just don't see much of a chance for this crew to replicate 2015. The pieces just aren't there.
  3. Really? Let's be honest, that's kinda seemed like most seasons throughout Panthers' history.
  4. It was baffling leading up to the draft reading all the reports (that proved correct) that we loved Greg Little. Watching him at the Combine drills, it was like... "Wait, that's your guy? The guy with two left feet who moves like he's hungover from a three day bender? THAT guy????"
  5. The OL struggling was predictable. Our D making their borderline NFL roster caliber backup QBs look like seasoned legit starters was not.
  6. At one point yesterday, one QB had went 10/11 and the other QB had went 7/10. Multiple TDs. No INTs that I can recall. It wasn't pretty. Keep in mind, Indy is in a panic right now about their backup QB situation because they suck and Wentz is out with injury. We made them look good.
  7. Never forget, we actually went into a season with Byron Bell at LT and Nate Chandler at RT by PLAN. Not due to some forced desperation due to rash of injury.
  8. 13/19 for 87 yards? The Pats didn't needs to spend the 15th overall pick on that. They could've just sent us a 6th for Teddy Bridgewater.
  9. Well hey, if that whole QB thing doesn't work out we might have a need there too.
  10. My buddy's such an asshole. I texted him to let him know about the poor showing. He just said thanks and sent this screenshot. LOL!
  11. I've watched people every year put huge faith in an organization, coaching staff, front office, etc. like they've come to expect success. I'm a Panthers fan and I'll always HOPE for us to be good but I'm not going to act like we've been a successful organization and put my head in the sand and act like everything is fine when an objective observer can easily see some pretty critical issues.
  12. Some of our fans act as if as long as they're irrationally positive we'll actually he good ingnoring the reality that we're coming off of three consecutive losing seasons and our first joint practice pretty much confirmed the concerns most of us already had about the roster. But, I guess go ahead and keep acting like we're the Pats or Steelers.
  13. Yep. We're at a talent deficit on the OL. No way around it. Identify your best five guys and let them start developing into the best unit they can be. It probably won't be good but it'll be the best it can be.
  14. I feel like this should've happened years ago. If the reports were accurate today that Christensen looked better than the vets, just rio the bandaid off already. Moton at LT, Christensen at RT and let's go. I don't have much hope at OG.
  15. Since we only drafted one 3rd round OL, the draft could be an A+ and the OL still be donkey balls. We have one OL who would start on the majority of NFL rosters. That ain't the makings of a serviceable OL.
  16. Some people wear delusion as a badge of honor.
  17. Given our lack of investment in the OL, this is to be expected.
  18. I wouldn't be as disappointed if it wasn't borderline NFL QBs who were doing it. Indy is in a near panic QB situation right now with Wentz's health in question and we made them look good.
  19. I just want a decent enough OL to give Darnold a chance. We gotta figure out if he can be the guy or not. If not, we gotta find the guy. I don't want us going into next off-season thinking "well maybe he can be the guy if we fix the OL". Fug that. Be the guy or get outta the way.
