  1. Yeah, I think those Tar Heel RBs are still running somewhere on Tobacco Road following that last match up. If y'all had a female rugby team to field, maybe they would've put up a better fight.
  2. College accolades mean nothing in the NFL. Plenty of great college players don't translate.
  3. Tell me more about Christensen. What type of "very raw" are we talking about here? Like this guy needs work on technique and adjusting to the NFL, but shows the physical talent type "very raw" or the why the fug did Hurney draft this guy in the 2nd round type "very raw"?
  4. Based on how he looked in the games I saw last year, he's not worthy of a roster spot. Not even joking.
  5. IMO, the guys who busted largely due to injury are in a different group than the guys who busted because they just outright sucked.
  6. Ertz is shot. It would be a coup for Philly to get something in return for him. There was a lot of focus on Wentz' struggles in Philly last year, but in the games I watched I was more shocked by the dramatic decline in Ertz. Yeah, Wentz was throwing a lot of picks but in terms of just physical talent on display Ertz looked a lot farther from his prime than Wentz did.
  7. I would love for Cam to be past his shoulder troubles but I'll believe it when I see it. I'll always be rooting for him though
  8. There's gonna have to be a LOT of clarity come to that situation before I'd be for trading for Watson. With that said, we'd be crazy to not be keeping an eye on the situation. Doesn't cost anything to pay attention.
  9. If you're a long shot you're on a short leash. Injure a teammate on a hit that would've led to a 15 yard penalty and ejection during a game and that's gonna use all of it. Just the way it goes.
  10. Yeah, the last thing you want happening in camp is an all out brawl with your starting QB somehow at the bottom of the scrum. Yikes.
  11. That would be a very welcome unexpected development.
  12. Well, let's see what he's got because Burris sucks. Curious to see how these OL musical chairs end up getting sorted out. I just want us to field a decent OL. I didn't want Darnold, but he's here and we need to give him a fair chance to succeed so that we know if we need to be QB shopping again next off-season.
  13. Are you referring to the first gif or the 2nd? The first one gets flagged just about every time, but I think the 2nd is a 50/50 call.
  14. This is great coverage IMO, but in today's league that's probably a 50/50 call.
  15. So is Jaycee Horn at a considerably higher value position.
  16. QB mobility is a positive. It can help you avoid the big hits too. It's just not a smart idea to make your QB your primary short yardage runner like we did with Cam. Or in Baltimore's, your primary runner period. Lamar Jackson is going to have a short shelf life.
  17. The constant conundrum of training camp. For one player/unit to have success requires another player/unit to struggle. Hence the constant hand wringing.
  18. Taking your daughters to an Eagles game? I hope you know what you're signing up for with that trash ass fanbase.
  19. Yes, Marshall was drafted to be Robby's long-term replacement but he's not taking Robby's snaps this year.
  20. Extreme is your habit of constantly trying to pick a fight with literally anyone that has even the slightest of differing viewpoints. I mean, damn man. It's okay to disagree.
  21. I don't care what the model is. I just hope it yields a consistent winner.
  22. Sure, it's possible. It just requires a lot of stars to align. Will Grier could possibly be a HOF QB too.
  23. We'll see how it pans out but I was concerned this off-season that we seemed to be focusing more on versatility on the OL than actual talent and skill. Versatility is only a positive if you're actually good. I don't really care about your versatility if you're roughly equally bad at multiple positions. That doesn't exactly help matters. We still seem stuck in this versatility mindset when we need to be identifying our best five and giving them as many snaps as we can to work together.
