It would be awesome if Trask was able to become a legit starting NFL QB. I just really don't think that's gonna happen.
-
Not a big deal. He wasn't very good. I wonder if we even made an offer?

QB or trade down
-
I'll happily offer them if that happens.
-
Wildly inconsistent passer. I was intrigued early in the year so I started watching. Gonna be a no from me unless we're talking 4th round.
-
Yeah, I just can't see moving off #3 if you liked the QBs available and weren't sold on Tua. If they pulled off that trade and still get the QB they liked... well, damn. They just won the draft.
-
Ah yeah, forgot that the Eagles had already traded back. Miami? I don't see it but crazier things have happened.
-
That #3 QB last year looked pretty good.
-
This current regime has shown minimal ability to orchestrate a smokescreen, but if they wanted to try one, yeah... I know a guy who would take that bait hook, line, and sinker.
-
Jones to SF at #3 and Pitts to ATL at #4 would truly be some best case scenario stuff for us. The Bengals definitely aren't taking a QB and lots of talk that the Eagles ownership wants to roll with Hurts. That leaves Detroit and potential trade ups as the only hurdles. Hell, WE could be one of those potential trade ups.

Go on record. Who still wants Watson?

Every time you think this ordeal can't get any weirder, it does. -
Tyler Lockett, also paid. The market is setting!

Damn. That's a lot of money for a "good" WR in this off-season environment. -
Anyone answering TE is out of their damn mind.

This is such a weird story. These ladies really didn't do themselves any favors choosing this self-aggrandizing attorney who has claimed connections to Texans ownership. -
Next years Salary Cap? Absolutely insane?

The players who signed long-term deals this off-season are really going to be kicking themselves. If there's ever been a year to bet on yourself with a one year "prove it deal", this was that year. -
What was the boldest move the franchise DIDN'T make

Hurney was trying to trade up for Jimmy Clausen. Exactly how high he was trying to get and what he was offering I don't know, but thank god no one took the bait he was dangling. -
"I'll be shocked if it's not Mac Jones to 49ers."

Word is they love Lance though. If the Niners take Jones leaving Fields and Lance both available, I think they go Lance knowing he'll have a year and if needed two to sit and develop behind Ryan. Sure, Ryan won't be pleased but this is how it goes in the NFL when you're in your late 30s. The team has to start preparing for their future. And maybe it creates a Rodgers type situation where looking over his shoulder spurs another MVP caliber season. -
Ultimate Raiders Fan home... in Maryland

Could you imagine what this place looked like BEFORE the listing pictures were taken? This was as "normal" as they could get the place looking without a total overhaul. -

Yeah, I'm sure the Niners and Packers deeply regret setting themselves up to have back to back elite franchise QBs. -
If the Niners take Jones at #3 and the Falcons either take Lance or a non-QB, we absolutely need to be on the phone with Cincy at #5 to try to get Fields.
-
Bold as in, "Woah, that's an aggressive move and maybe not one a lot of other franchises would've made" type bold? Honestly, probably giving up two 1st rounders to sign Sean Gilbert to a massive contract out from under the Redskins' franchise tag. Bold doesn't always work out well.
