  1. lol one advantage for Bryce, Cam never would have gotten that call
  2. People gotta make excuses whenever they can. Our recieving corps is better than anything we’ve had since Smitty left. By a lot.
  3. Trick play would have worked if Bryce had pulled the trigger when 13 was open with no one to the inside
  4. For every great play by Bryce, at least one wtf terrible one. Jfc
  5. Wish he would have put it on 13’s right shoulder on that trick play when 13 was looking that way
  6. That was a good play by Bryce, avoiding pressure and throwing a catchable ball to Brooks
  7. It was behind is head by a lot, did you not see Franks have to lurch backwards to make an attempt? I’m rooting for him, would be great if we don’t have to find another QB
  8. Well, if we’re keeping track, that’s 2/3 passes were terrible so far.
  9. Last game was impressive. The previous two were decent. If he can continue the upward trajectory he deserves to stick around and see if he can continue next year. It’s entirely possible that what we saw Sunday was the turning point of his career. Or it’s possible it was just a spike and he regresses to the mean. But I’ll say this, to me he’s earned at least a couple weeks of me not being 100% doubtful and assuming that he’ll regress. I’m not convinced that he’ll turn into a solid starter or better, but I’m willing to put aside what he showed me his first 18 games for now and focus on the present.
  10. That’s because some people think a drop is any ball in the general vicinity. When the ball is placed in a spot that’s difficult to catch and they don’t catch it, that’s not on the WR, that’s on the QB. 4 seems right to me. One yesterday, a similar drop a game or two back but not many otherwise. He’s snagged a lot more difficult passes than he’s dropped catchable ones, like the ankle catch yesterday.
  11. The call on Horn was atrocious, his hands were open and he didn’t grab the guy at all. Wasn’t holding or dpi whatsoever.
  12. There were some REALLY dumb penalties, most egregious was the phantom facemask called on Ray (I think that’s his name). But it wasn’t so lopsided that I think it affected the outcome.
  13. They changed the report from concussion to a neck injury. It looked potentially catastrophic the way he came down on his head like that, could have paralyzed him. But he was moving immediately so that was a good sign. Could still have had a bad injury to his neck though. Hope he’s ok, he’s been REALLY improving lately.
  14. different Chiefs team too. And I wouldn’t say Bryce was carried by his defense today…they made some good plays in the 4th quarter but overall it was a poor showing. Like I said, Bryce made some mistakes but also made some good plays he hadn’t been before. Specifically those lasers threading the needle two or three times in the red zone. He’s not there yet, not close, but he’s trending upward.
  15. Up to this point I’d take Teddy Two Yards over what I’ve seen from Bryce every day and twice on Sunday, and I HATED Teddy. But that was two different teams back then. Not really comparable.
  16. He looked legitimately good today. Missed some throws and reads, but made some good throws he hasn’t been making before. I was genuinely impressed overall. If he can continue this upward trajectory, we might not need someone else after all. And lawd knows I’m not someone who is quick to compliment Bryce.
  17. I only poo posts that are particularly ludicrous or sensational. Yours aren’t the only ones, but possibly the most frequent these days.
