That was a pretty good breakdown. It seems to align with what I witnessed. Although I missed some of those plays somehow. I was busy stuffing my face during the game.
-
That would be a Tepper thing to do for sure.
-
The wildcard is Tepper. Only Young can determine his future of course but he's got to play a lot better than he did yesterday and consistently to guarantee himself a job here. Do you see that happening? I sure as hell don't.

I'm 90% positive Young will not be the starter here going forward and about 50% on whether he finishes his rookie contract here. I think you do not have to worry about him getting a long-term deal here.

Someone on GMFB suggested that NO should draft Sheduer and hire Deion as their head coach. Please let that happen.
-
We'll just have to wait and see. I said that among all the qbs drafted last draft only 1 or 2 will pan out. That's looking like a safe bet.
-
Anyone who let's this team beat them is in danger of getting canned.
-
It's not a good time to need qb's.
-
Youngs fate here is in his own hands. He's fighting for a backup role somewhere and is looking like he's the best this team has at the moment. Let that sink in for a second. So if the team is done with him then they will be signing 3 qb's in the offseason.

I didn't day that it was. But 1 pass is not a pattern either.
-
Russell Wilson made a living off that stuff.

I love it.

He's not giving us a discount. He would be foolish to do so. We either meet his demands or we draft a late round replacement and move on. I love Chubba but business is business.
-
To be fair, just because they are playing doesn't mean they should be. It's just that their competition to start is so bad or out with injury that these guys are forced to start. But I'll take anything that looks competent at this point.
-
They do not have a choice but to rethink the position. They've got 2 bad backups on the roster and thats it. They both are playing for a job.

Any progress is better than none at all.

I don't think there's a qb in this coming draft that's going to help the Panthers next season. But they will get more competition, they have to. I'm not concerned where the competition comes from honestly as I'm not seeing anyone that will change the teams fate again next season. If they trade Young they will need 3 qb's next season. Getting a starter and a backup that will allow them to compete is a fantasy idea and not based in reality. I'm no Young homer but you need at least 1 qb to be a backup. I'm not afraid the team sticks with him as a starter unless they can't do any better. If they cannot do better then I will start to worry.

Not only does Young get his coaches fired he now gets opposing coaches fired.

I will say that the entire team seems to be still buying in. They played hard yesterday and that's a welcome sight. I'm also happy they managed to hang the title of worse team in the league around the Saints neck. I love that part the most. Now I know it's only temporary and we will still finish in dead last most likely but it will be fun while it lasts.

This team wasn't the first team to trade up for a bust.
-
He owns the Panthers record for worst. In the nfl? He has a lot of competition for worst GM but I'm struggling to think of one at the moment.
-
He could be the type that thinks he's arrived now that he was drafted and can live off his talent alone. Money changes people and especially young people. You cannot predict that before you draft them.
-
He was yawning during their game yesterday. He didn't even look out at the field as far as I could tell. He may be done in Indy and the nfl altogether if he keeps that up.

None.
