    I'm not sure how true it was but I remember reading somewhere during that time that it was rumored that Wilks told them during his interview his choice for OC would be Reich. Knowing what we know now I think we would still be right where we are today. You cannot escape fate. Whatever happens from here is destined to happen my friend.

    Looks like Mr. Jackson has earned some time with the ones. I suspected that's what game 1 was about, letting these guys show that they belong. You know who doesn't belong? David Tepper. He sucks. The starters will need to play at least a half in game 2 however. I would play the 3 quarters myself.

    It's seems he already is with all the bad snaps I keep hearing about. I'm telling you this will not go well if the offensive line hasn't improved. But that's secondary to the qb play. Coaching is a big concern of mine.

    This team is 1 injury away on the offensive line from looking exactly like they did last season. Let that marinate in your brain for a minute.

    It appears Dan is counting on having a little luck to get him by with the center position this season.

    Dalton is used up. He will be replaced after the season is over with another backup. Maybe sooner if the opportunity presents itself. You heard it here first.

    I'm just going to see if there's anything that's improved at this point. Maybe we will see some improvements in areas that have plagued this team for years like the run defense and the running game at least. Baby steps given the situation. Other than that I wouldn't hold my breath for significant improvement.

    You have focus on the little things. This team will not be one of this teams that can turn it around in one offseason. It's just too dysfunctional and depleted of talent. The talent may be improved soon enough if they get lucky but the dysfunction may take awhile.

    We were already out of playoff contention before the season even started. We've been out of it for seven or eight years now.

    Leota is about all I got on the rise. All the wr's were bad. Just too many drive killing drops.

    That our depth is complete ass. Most backups need replaced and the jury is still out on whether the starters can beat last years record.

    Drops and penalties have killed any drive that showed any promise in this game. The depth is bad, real bad. I'm guessing they will be very active on the waiver wire.
