Packers OC Nathaniel Hackett is another one I don't think people mentioned. He'll be a HC sooner rather than later and is young with lots of OC experience. Basically like a Joe Brady that actually has had the experience.

I think what it boils down to is that Miami wanted him to like come in and play now. Whereas the Panthers are probably thinking next year.
