Corral achieved a 69% completion percentage last season. Two seasons starting in the SEC, 72%,69% and a bunch of rushing yards. Y'all sleeping on my boy. Matt Rhule too. How about we let the sleepers sleep and McAdoo take the wheel. It's called playing QB. He could have done that here behind our best or second best linemen. Not valued because he's not Kenny Pickett.

Ok, how about this. If Corrals completion percentage dropped from his college high in the SEC (against the best) of 72%(which is crazy!) by 10% since the NFL is hard THAT would be 62% completion percentage, that's better than Baker's career average. The better QB was an afterthought.

This is all I'm saying. Yet all the, I don't get it. They can't see this coach failing yet again.

2021 Corral had a 72% completion percentage, if that went down to 65% career in the NFL that's Tom Brady, Drew Brees level accuracy. He showed us in camp. All for blind eyes. Waste. Uphill battle. I hope the Panthers straighten their face and honor their promises they made to this young man. He deserved better. He did everything a rookie should come in and do. No chemistry due to low rep count with first or second teams. He's playing with guys that probably wouldn't have been playing with him in the SEC at Ole Miss. We gave him our worst. Treated him like a fifth rounder. Disgraceful. I wouldn't wait for this HC to fail again, already see it coming. Sorry, when it was time for Rivera to go, some of you stuck to your guns. Same here.

Corral was a wasted pick. Someone else would have done wonders with that young man and all his talents. Somebody like Jim Harbaugh, a real QB guru, who took Kaep built a simplistic offense around him and disciplined defense to the Superbowl while racking up a .695 NFL win percentage, would have made Corral look like 2021 Corral. HE would have valued that pick and at least had him behind the second team line if not the first. He would have protected "the future".

Baker, Baker, Baker will have to be tough as nails to save this HC. Mistake after mistake. Valuing the wrong players. Refusing to "build" his own rookie QB since day one. Taking the "easy" way out trying to plug in somebody else's QB and now doing it for the third year in a row. He wasted his tenure. N.F.L.

This sucks. Already. Smh. Please stop it on Sam guys. We all would have took the money. This isn't his fault. I feel bad for the guy. They didn't even give him a dignified way out of this mess. They knew what they were going to do with Baker from the time the speculation started. How is Sam going to earn that 19M now? The classy thing to do for all parties was to part ways before camp and let Sam find another situation instead, MORE waste! Rhules whole strategy just went to heck. Your now QB2 was getting third/fourth team reps and now you have the most undersized QB room in the NFL. Do folks now see why we whine about Rhule teams being unprepared, especially for adversity. Now the kicker (close games anybody?!). The Rhule formula is the same. Why should we expect different results like idiots every time?

If he was a wolf he may have been left behind by the pack for being injured and unable to keep up.

Today is the only day a poo emoji would be appropriate. I pie'd because I didn't know if you'd get it or not

Both are amazing for their own different reasons but a dog guy here by far. Post em' if you got one! This is my beautiful girl.

And if you bring up Rhules foolishness and say anything other than Go Baker, they have a problem with you. Name call. Rhule is comical at this point, in two+ seasons I've seen nothing to indicate that they finally figured it out. I'm also sick of them bringing in used QBs, as a fan I want desperately for them to draft a rookie and develop him on the field not in the imagination. Pessimism well earned indeed.
-
So you trust Rhule or just love the Panthers, each can be mutually exclusive. I love the Panthers and no longer trust Rhule why am I the bad guy here? Because I'm not a Baker Bro too? What is clear is I love this team as much as you do or more Also, no coward here. My Avy has been the same since <2005. Not an alt. Ask Zod. Ask Scot. Same guy.

Matt Rhule fired midseason - final poll thread
rippadonn replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
Rhule is a known recycler NOT a developer of young QBs into superstars that's Belichick. Wrong place for Matt Corral. End of the bench wrong, and he's not Kenny Pickett, thus, no value. -
Matt Rhule fired midseason - final poll thread

Both seasons have been disasters – 5-12 in 2021, 5-11 the year prior – and Rhule, considered an offensive guru and mentor to QBs, hasn’t been able to turn the corner with Sam Darnold, Cam Newton or anyone else under center. Rhule and new QB Baker Mayfield might be getting their final opportunities this season to show they can lead a contending team. What about that says anything about playoffs or developing young QBs on the field instead of the imagination? -
Zod is laughing right now because he knows you and the poo bird himself Trevor time are full of sh*t. Same ripp. Never been perma banned. You hate free speech because everyone doesn't think like you. Guess what?

Nobody hates Matt Rhule. Very extreme take there. We wish him well. Elsewhere.
-
His record and current trajectory are silly. Have you been watching this man the last 2+ seasons?! From disaster to what? Mediocre? We'd oddly and slummingly will accept mediocre right now because it's good o'l Matt Rhule?! C'mon man! Just a estimate but I would not be surprised if 80% of teams would have escorted this dude and his belongings out already. He's rich. He'll be fine.
