We won't play a rookie QB because we're competing for the NFC Championship and we already have a franchise QB that's top ten in the league and everyone behind him, Sam and PJ are such prolific QBs backing up Hall of Fame Baker, that they both could start for any NFL team. That's why everyone is ahead of Golden Corral on the depth chart.

If Corral didn't have this LaMelo like skillset I'd say play the veteran but this young man has come in with skill, raw aggression, not taking no for an answer, slinging the rock with touch and precision. He's a football player who has done everything short of kneecapping his perceived competition. If he didn't flash like he did, OK. He did more than flash. This kid should be playing. Baker is a lost case.

Well, if this was merit based, Matt Corral should get as good a look as possible 3 quarters. We've seen PJ already.
