  1. Oh lord. There’s a name from the past sadly, you might be right
  2. At least Brady isn’t scratched. Gotta wonder with a staff starting Daley over the guy they drafted….a guy who played very well last week
  3. Truth my friend, truth he also needs to beat a competitive team this year, and no, I don’t include NO, not this year he needs to prove he belongs in the NFL. I am not sure he does but damnit, who wants to start over again but if the Panthers need to, Tepper needs to do it and quickly so more time isn’t wasted
  4. I wish I had an argument for you I don’t. I posted an analysis on that run defense in another topic. It is unbelievable as two thirds of the season is gone, and the coaches can’t figure this out And in offseason, sadly still the screw ups in QB and oline lets hope I’m right and you are wrong this Sunday
  5. Thanks for the reply I will try and paraphrase again I do not feel I worded it properly so I restate below below or you can listen to the last 15 seconds of the video What the narrator said was .’ Cams eyes were in the middle of the field too much, not even seeing the outside receivers (sic) ‘ He said it could be just not being comfortable in the new offense could be the issues. but he had to fix the tendency or opposing teams would be sitting on those routes Time will tell on Cam’s shoulder. I love him so I’ll take him at whatever percentage he is
  6. I do too he is very very good unlike Jonathan Alexander he doesn’t mumble when he speaks or state the obvious he is a keeper
  7. That was sadly my thought too i did watch NE last year when they were t conflicting with the Panthers NE was a dumpster fire last year with free agency losses, salary cap issues and many sitting out because of Covid but it seems to me he favored the middle then too probably need to see complied graphic of yardage and points on field to draw any conclusions but you know if an analyst from the ‘observer’ saw it, nfl coaches will too
  8. Video: 5 key plays from Panthers vs. Washington and what it means for Week 12 https://www.charlotteobserver.com/sports/nfl/carolina-panthers/article256131722.html very interesting comments Here are the three troubling ones 1 about Cam favoring the middle of the field for throws and first look and my comment, even on the 19 yarder to Tremble, the ball is thrown in a direct line. Williams noted that defenses will start sitting in the over the middle routes to challenge Newton to throw to either side. 2 the defensive setup causing the success of the runs Washington getting to second level without being challenged…at all … by the dline…line getting pushed out of gaps with little effort and almost automatically at the second level. Ellis’s commented the season is over if the Panthers can’t correct this 3 linebackers Drops not deep enough Carter getting caught in no man‘s land 4 Riddick over pursuing on the 4th and 3: losing contain, and Jackson’s lack of effort anyway, figured this might be insightful today
  9. When I need to sell mine it’s Ticketmaster. I doubt the Atlanta tickets will be as jacked up in price as the Bucs Most PSL holders will use tickemaster good luck to you
  10. Have a great time…particularly with your son there
  11. I don’t have a Lot of faith in this coaching staff bottom line,,lose this, season is over other than playing for pride Plain and simple It’s desperation time for the home team. Panthers 27. Miami 20. Dolphins are not without talent They have — won 3 straight —- They have a pretty good TE. —. RB Gaskins isnt tragic —- and a good rookie WR coming into his own, Waddle —Tua is playing better as that finger is healing this will be no cake walk. If the Panthers don’t assert their will through 4 qtrs, they will come back with their tails between their legs again. Somewhere this Panthers team needs to find some meanness and intelligence
  12. I suspect Thomas Davis will on Panthers Huddle…it’s on in Raleigh on Saturday nights around 7pm, depending on the finish of the preceding college game Thomas is well worth making the time to here…rest Of the show is pablum.
  13. Brown, wow, what a disappointment as what, the number 8 pick in the 2019 draft
  14. I think he felt the effort wasn’t even there I mean, unlike all of us, he played defense in the NFL And yes, the DC and position coaches can talk to them about positioning and gap control but from watching this clip, I feel like PR felt these guys were going through the motions it’s one of the things that really concerns me about this team. They remind of that bully in the movie ‘A Christmas Story’ who terrorizes all the school kids, until one school kid fights back and then it’s ‘tail between the legs time”.
  15. I’m thankful to be able to sit in a full stadium with my friends and see a game very thankful for being in the stadium last Sunday to see the pure joy Cam has to play football I will remember his return forever
  16. To be far he has been in that Norv Turner system, for what 3 years he should have learned something
  17. What makes you think he would’ve drafted Jamies Winston? that was the dumpster fire
  18. let Rhule go to southern cal or LSU at seasons end it won’t happen but I can hope Byron Leftwich is who I want for this team he is young, played Qb in this league…,learned his craft and improved his craft under Arians in he NFL, not the ncaa he is well respected in Tampa by the players he would bring a nfl staff here there are no negatives I have seen enough of Rhule I can’t believe others have not as well as the coaching against the better teams isn’t there and I’m telling you had those two main stars been playing in ‘Zona, different outcome
  19. They have won a few in a row right…Tua is playing better Their WR1, TE and RB are pretty good
  20. Over two years, The coaching staff does not exude competency to many fans The players assembled by the coaches do not seem to do well against bigger lines the team does not seem to have the guts to hit back when punched in the face Not angry enough about their situation or poor game plans make it impossible or maybe they just aren’t good enough Or smart enough These things combined doesn’t exactly inspire excitement later in the season, good teams get better. Bad teams get worse Their losing to truly mediocre teams has been enough for me. I’ll watch them because I love the NFL but that’s it. That defensive effort last week against a not great Washington team told me all I need to know could be worse, could be the Bears
  21. He is being paid like a Super Bowl coach he wasn’t even a big time college coach nor did Temple or Baylor exactly set the college bowl/playoff world on fire If anything, it is concerning that Tepper would chase this used car salesman
  22. Value. Relative value to his peers suggests he is a top tier NFL coach. He isn’t https://www.nbcchicago.com/news/sports/nbcsports/who-are-the-highest-paid-coaches-in-the-nfl-in-2021-season/2636720/ Matt Rhule did nothing in college to justify this NFL salary. He has done nothing in the NFL to prove he is worth that salary and prospects going forward aren’t too promising either Anyone who thinks he doesn’t run all there is to run with the Panthers is mistaken. He sold Tepper his process bullshit and Tepper bought in the person who, would be a tremendous HC for the Panthers is Byron Leftwich, actually played the game, actually has coached and is coaching the Bucs offense now, and is learning with Arians
  23. sorry I appreciate your thoughts and taking the time to put this together But The buck stops with the head coach. the $65 million head coach. period His staff. His players his team. His record his process his system would people liking this post on this board have this sentiment if it where Ron or John Fox
