Yep. Lee could have at least put in some ball movement to get open 3s since he wants to be a 3pt shooting team. But no, he just lets them do whatever they want except for the rare out of time out play.

This Hornets team might be the worst team in basketball and that includes college.

Charles Lee really needs to have the Hornets practice the basics. Team can't set screens, can't make layups, can't dribble, can't defend, and can't rebound. But boy, can they jack up bad 3s.

Personally, there's not a single player on the roster I wouldn't trade for the right price. As for the team, there's a few that they most likely consider untouchable because of contract(Brown, the guards) and/or because they're rookies or on rookie deals still.

State is hanging around with Kansas which surprises me since State was getting blitzed in the early going.

Flipped to the game. Hornets down 18 and look like trash. No offensive movement, no defensive effort. Miller pounded the air out of the ball and with 4 seconds or so left on the shot clock, he didn't just throw up a contested 3, but one with two defenders in his face.

Nope. The amount of NIL each school has is totally up to each school's boosters. That's why Texas now has the most. Lots of Texas oil billionaires willing to buy a few championships in multiple sports.

Saying they should have taken a center in the draft is not new. Some of us were wanting the team to take one of the top centers long before the draft.

Seems the days of the basketball blue bloods is over. Dudes are going to whichever school will pay the most and then the NBA after their single required college year.

I think it's more likely the SEC has a lot more wealthy boosters giving up that sweet, sweet NIL money, than UNC and the rest of the ACC has than just football money.

If this happens, UNC basketball is as good as dead and Davis probably stays coach for the rest of his life. There's no way the school pays all that money for two sports.
