  1. The poo show that was the NFCS and almost winning it last season along finally finding another QB that should be a franchise guy has some folks excited. You also have the media already saying the Panthers could win it depending on Young's development and play. Personally, I think the Saints take the division since they're the vet team with an established system barring exceptional play by the Panthers, mostly Young and the offense, and the coaching staff living up to their hype. 2024 should be the year the Panthers starting winning the division again.
  2. The Panthers did sign this guy as an UDFA He's 6'2" 225lbs. They can also use DJ Johnson as a TE in a goal line or jumbo package.
  3. That's not saying as much as you think considering how bad the line has been. Let them compete. If the rookie is the better player, he should start. Same if Christensen is the better player.
  4. I don't recall seeing these posted but might have missed them.
  5. The Panthers still have https://www.panthers.com/video/highlight-giovanni-ricci-finds-open-space-for-21-yard-catch-and-run
  6. He does know he's no longer playing Young in the Iron Bowl, right?
  7. We've seen what happens when you have a good RB but no QB. That said, the Falcons are set up nicely for their next franchise QB. I think they punted on this year and are just waiting for the next draft to nab their QB. The Saints seem to be treading water a little and trying to get another playoff push out of their vets and are probably the more complete, if aging, team. I think the division comes down to them and the Panthers, depending on Young's development.
  8. And for comparison, even though people said the 2022 draft was bad for QBs, 9 were still taken. Source
  9. We'll have to disagree. They have two vets holding down the fort as well. Besides, Reich said earlier that he was happy with the WR and TE rooms. Unless he was lying or the injury bug hits, they're most likely set at those positions.
  10. This draft has set records for QBs taken and it's not over yet.
  11. The Pats went old school and drafted a kicker and punter this draft
  12. A lot of people believed every "leak" and report from the Panthers up to the last week or so when all the rumors changed to Young. A lot of people also made too big of a deal out of the OSU pro day photos that came out as well as when the betting odds shifted. For further proof, just look at what happened a few days ago with the Levis rumor and the betting odds shifting again for a few hours.
  13. May have already if Mingo and TMJ develop. People also think that was Tepper blowing smoke too since they drafted Mingo very quickly when they were on the clock at 39.
  14. Yep. They said the same thing in the Thursday night press conference. It was said by a few of us here that despite what they were saying to the press they knew who they wanted even before making the trade.
  15. This may have been posted already, but size bros this one is for you
  16. Who's angry? I'm just joking around. Now, if you're saying that makes you angry, well...
