I stated that too. I still don't ever want to see the Panthers draft another first round RB. The cost/production/longevity just isn't there for RBs anymore thanks to the rule changes and the NFL's desire for the passing game.
-
I get Robinson is one of the best prospects, if not the best, in the draft, but first round RBs is a big no for me.
-
Yeah, having a division full of hopefully, good, young QBs should be a lot more fun than what we've seen the last few years. It would help make those division rivalry games really mean something again. I agree. The team did what it had to do to get the best QB in the draft. Hopefully, Young will continue being what made him a great college QB in the pros.

To get who they truly want, they had to be first. That goes for any draft, otherwise you're picking leftovers. The trade has been made, and to borrow an old coach's saying, it is what it is.

Frank Reich: Panthers have made their decision

And Twitter and Facebook!

The QB debate will rage until next draft. These guys aren't going to let it go once the season starts just because they want to be able to say I told you so to those in the opposite camp.
-
Not a good way to make an impression on the new team, Hurst. Cut him and draft his replacement! Is that the proper overreaction to that news?
-
Felt Kincaid was too good an option to pass up in the second, so took him. Pulled a trade with the Pats and got 4 mid and late round picks from it to address some other needs.

Boy, you're dug in like a tick with the Young hate. Last thing I'm going to address is why the Panthers would bring in a QB "at the opposite spectrum." Perhaps they feel that such a QB is the best option to do what they want. Anyway, have a good one. I need to get back to writing.

Don't really care about stats or percentages. The only stats that really matters are the TD stat and wins. Young whipped Corral's butt in both of those.
-
Matt Corral Stats: Bryce Young Stats: Source Corral is the better runner, but Young is the better passer. So, taller doesn't equal better QB.

Not hating at all. Now, not paying attention? Yeah, that happens

I don't recall him being on the Levis train until this thread. He was a Stroud fan first and then Richardson after finding out how big he is. Someone must have let him know how big Levis is or he googled the guy. Rippadon is literally when it comes to QBs and size.
-
You want true chaos? There are two options a lot better than Levis for that. Option 1: Option 2 is for @rippadonn and the size bros. I give you 6'4" 230lbs

There have long been rumors that the teams liked Levis a lot more than the fans. There was also that rumor that Tepper loved Levis months ago.
