Three more games today. Tulane vs USC in the Cotton Bowl at 1, LSU vs Purdue in the Citrus Bowl at 1 and he Nittany Lions vs The Utes in the Rose Bowl at 5.

I'm not sad or disappointed. I've followed this team too long for those emotions to be brought out of me because of any thing they do.

Depends. Are they better at playing the run and dropping into coverage? Are they better at being disruptive in general? Do they command double teams or for opposing teams to change their game plans to account for them? Sacks are what every fan always points to, but they're not the most important thing. -
The letdown is disappointing but it's good for the future

If it helps, I read it as you saying the Panthers will beat the Saints. -

That's what he's saying. -

It'll happen just like the last couple years and there will be folks here pounding their chests about the meaningless win over the Saints while the Saints say thank you because their FO is smart enough to not win a meaningless game. -
Remember the CMC trade? The further the 49ers go in the playoffs, the worse it is for the Panthers' new picks.

Even the good NFL teams move up in the draft for college players they want, especially QBs. That is supposedly what the team has been doing for the last three years. The Oline is good enough to support a rookie QB. They can always draft and sign RBs, WRs, and TEs. You'll never have a perfect roster and if you keep waiting, you'll never have another franchise QB. Each draft class ends up not looking as good as it did the year before once people start really paying attention to them. If the team feels that one of the QBs in this draft is their guy, they need to go ahead and pull the trigger.
-
True. Hopefully the Texans will prefer Stroud or Levis. If the Panthers want to move up to a top 3 pick, it's going to cost at least 2 firsts, if not 3 anyway.
-
Young is the only QB I would move up for in this draft. Stroud had his best game last night and played well under some of the pressure, but at other times he looked like he has all season when pressured. If he is there when the Panthers pick, fine, take him. Otherwise, pass.
-
He's just right now.

That's the alternative and I'd much rather watch one more good game than see that.
-
Even though I still think Stroud has issues playing with pressure, I would take him over Levis and Richardson. Richardson is a close number 3 just based off his potential though. I'd take Duggan before Levis.
-
Yep. TCU vs Georgia for the ship could be good too. At least I hope it is.
-
Yep. Young is still the best QB in the draft but Stroud is number 2
-
Best game I've seen Stroud play by far and this loss is not on him. He stepped up and made some plays despite the pressure. I still don't know if I would take him though.
-
Wow. Kickers suck
-
Like Michigan earlier tonight, Georgia is falling apart.
-
That's not how you make a play Bennett. That was terrible.
-
Bennett is going to have to make a play to get Georgia back in this
-
Nice return
-
Pressure got to Stroud that time
