Plumlee sitting at 7pts, 6 ast, 8 boards, and 4 fouls.

Sit Oubre and play Thor and Bouknight.
-
LaMelo airballed a floater.
-
Thor might be the new Martin. Energy, defense, and some hustle. Dude has some zip on those quick passes he's making.
-
Oubre needs to calm down. He's making a lot of mistakes and missing shots.

Offseason finally here. Let's get down to business.

Yep. Take Linderbaum if he's the BPA on the board regardless of positional value or whatever other excuse people will claim to not take a center that high. -

I agree that it never hurts to ask, but don't think teams will give up anybody that isn't overpaid, injury prone, and/or on the downside of their careers. Then those teams will use the draft to replace the ones they let go. I'd rather see the Panthers be the team drafting promising young guys instead of overpaying for others' castoffs. -

Fitts said during the season that teams weren't willing to trade any Olinemen. If the Eagles would trade him, the price would probably be too high. -

I think he's going in the top ten. Teams are showing they care about the Oline now more than they have in recent years and it's been said Linderbaum is the top Oline prospect in the draft in addition to being the best center prospect in years. -

2 and 2a: Do the Panthers really have the cash to bring in free agents and keep two of Reddick, Gilmore, and Jackson? It's probably going to end up being a re-sign our guys or bring in free agents scenario. Personally, I think re-signing Jackson would be a big mistake. He's never played well and only gave the effort he did this year because he is trying to get paid. Let him be another team's mistake. Reddick may have played himself out of the Panthers' price range. Gilmore? Too many younger guys waiting for playing time to overpay a vet on the downside of his career. If he'd sign a very team friendly, short deal to stay home, sure. Otherwise, let him walk too. 3: I think trading down would be a mistake. Too many teams will take those top Iline prospects if the Panthers are others are dumb enough to pass on them. I also think Linderbaum will be a top ten pick. He's the best center prospect to come along in years and is considered the top Oline prospect in the draft. Just as ATL took a TE in the top five last year when people said that just wasn't done, some team will take him early this year. The teams with two top ten picks are in prime position to do so too. 4: I've said for a while now that I think the Panthers do the stupid thing and pass on the top Oline prospects to take a QB. It's just the sort of thing this team does. I also think Rhule will be here to see a year 4. The team will probably win a couple more games so he can claim improvement if nothing else and Tepper will go along with it. -

Turned it off and started watching Tremors.

Yep. That's why I didn't mind none of the Hornets being all-stars this season. Everybody that has played for the Hornets before the trade deadline this season has had games where they disappear. Bouknight might end up being a go to scorer, since that is what he was supposed to be in college, but who knows what he'll be.

Don't know. I don't pay attention to the Swarm that much. Kai did have a 27pts 17reb game this year though. -
This is some Bobcats level play tonight.
-
Nice seats. But did you enjoy the game and have fun??
-
Yeah, that was as one sided a college game as I've seen this season.
-
Much needed win and it was a good one too.
-
PJ is the shortest Hornet in the game to finish this one.
-
JB should put in the other rookies and Richards. This one is all but over.
-
Where has this been the last 2-3 weeks? The bugs are playing with a lot of energy and are hitting shots.
-
It's way too early to say that. Horn showed promise in the three games he played against two rookies making their first QB starts and a depleted Saints team. It's unknown if he'll be a pro bowler, a bust, or just some average guy.

Me too. I thought the same about Vern. JB seems to be the classic Carolina/Charlotte pro coach which is one that prefers vets even if they are supposed to be building up the team. -

Kai Jones is averaging 16.6 pts 11.5 rpg and 1 apg in the g league. Nick Richards averaged 17 pts 10.3 rpg and 3 blks in the g league. What Vern did seems to be about average and easily replaceable.
