You could flip to any other pre season game and be a lot more entertained than watching the panthers

At least play a different QB. Meanwhile the literal two time consecutive defending super bowl champions have no problem starting pat Mahomes. Canales you fuging bum mother fuger.

We better blow out the saints in week 1 with all this coddling of the starters in the pre season for the worst team in the league last year.

All of this protecting the starters from playing in the pre season is going to have some crazy blowback from fans and talking heads if the regular season starts out bad.

Have we gotten anything official on who is and isn't playing? And if not why are they waiting so late to announce it?

Pretty much this. All you Bryce stands keep clutching your God damn pearls every time anyone says anything negative about him. If Bryce balls out 99% of his haters will either convert to fans or go into hiding. Point blank. And in my opinion he and the team have sucked so bad. It wouldn't even take much for him to start getting positive momentum because the fans are desperate for offensive competence.

I really wonder why he hasn't signed with anyone yet. I'd imagine there's some sort or disconnect between however much money he wants and what teams are willing to pay him. He's basically going to be 34 for this season (birthday in september) so he's pretty darn old for CB. Maybe teams just aren't willing to gamble on a large contract for a 34 year old CB even if he's been really good for most of his career. Maybe team are only offering him fairly cheap 1 year rentals and he wants some security with a multi year deal. Especially considering, it's going to be the last deal of his career most likely.
