Maybe you’re right, but in 5 years Tepper hasn’t made one good move, so…….I guess we are going to find out.

Many of us are already crushed. Since 2018 this franchise has been 100% trash. The 12 games Wilks coached at least made us watch and almost care again. If Tepper screws up this next hire the stands will be mostly empty for the foreseeable future.

Wouldn’t say that. It’s possible they are hiring Wilks and he is in on this.

Tepper is all about the shiny penny. He’s been enamored with how many QB’s that he lost out on ? He needs to hire people and let them run this ship, otherwise he’s just another Snyder. so far Tepper has not done one thing that makes me think he has a clue.

I’d prefer this particular owner stay out of this search as much as possible and let professionals do their work if finding the right guy. He has no clue what he’s doing. I’m going to laugh loudly when this next hire flops like the last one. Tepper is a meddling owner that has no idea what it takes to build a winner at this level. 10 years from now everyone will realize he’s no better than Snyder at building a winning franchise.

Tepper loves this guy from what we hear so we should all be worried. Just sayin.

Tepper has zero good judgement when it comes to this football team. I have zero faith in anyone that is his choice. He really needs to let the professionals make the decision.

I’m really hoping Wilks gets it. In my eyes he did a great job and deserves a shot.

He will feel real silly when they give Wilks a 3 or 4 year deal.

It’s Tepper so all he is thinking is making a big splash. He’s not worried about making the right choice for wins and loses.

Wilks won’t stay if he is not hired as HC. If he does I would lose all respect for him.

I’m not a fan of hiring a coordinator that has never been an HC. It’s such a different role and level of responsibility. That’s just my feelings and I know others are ready for that gamble.

I’m so happy Rhule is gone. I just think wishing for some of the names on the interview list is a mistake.

Be careful what you wish for……it might not be quite as wonderful as you think.

It should not go away. These asshole owners need to start giving a $hit about the players.

This is how I feel as well. Wilks is the right man for this point and time. Tepper will screw it up, he’s the new Snyder.

That’s the reason no one should trust his judgement on this next hire.

Sure they are top OC’s but there is still a huge unknown as to if they turn out to be great HC’s.
