    Also thinking back I pry would have been grounded if I was hit by a car as a kid. I was taught not only right of way but right of weight meaning you let the car go first if you're on a bike...always.

    not sure I follow Police report to know who is at fault and the doctor to make sure your kid is alright. Unless your cool with your kids dying in the middle of the night bc they have a concussion and you just told them to rub some dirt on it.
