    So supposedly all this smoke screening is for a trade but in my opinion it doesnt happen. I think texans would be perfectly fine with Stroud IF we took Young. Panthers are gonna have to pick whoever their top guy is.

    Agreed. I dont understand the secrecy at all besides trade reasons. If the league is pushing this for ratings they can kick rocks...you can get the playbook to the qb you want early to get them up the speed for the season. If they are serious about being a playoff team this year i dont see why they don't.

    I wont be mad about Young...i will be CONCERNED tho while he is here a lot more than i would be for stroud. Thats how i look at it.

    A second pro day...I didn't see that and didnt even know it was a thing. But still, i wish we didnt have to wait that long see to see him workout.

    so this random source that covers bills and Yankees was correct yesterday. They also have it pinned that panthers are taking Bryce Young. We will see if that holds up.

    I get that, but there are no signs he will be cheaper. Lions were far apart on a deal from what we know.

    That seems to be the trend with teams who have crazy amount of cap room whether they are good or bad. I wouldn't be surprised to see us do the same thing next year. Thats just how it goes.

    I agree on this, which is why the QB selection is so important. If they are serious about winning the division i dont think you convince yourself to take a guy with development concerns.
