I actually think that it's a good thing. Bryce has to develop. A QB worth his salt isn't going to be reliant upon a senior citizen (in football years). Actually, it should make the entire receiving corps better. We'll certainly get to see what's what this year without an old security blanket.

When I saw his trade hypothetical, I thought about it, and I kind of like it as well. But would our FO actually do it, in light of their draft last year? And would the Falcons do it, considering that the Panthers are a division rival, and are they ready to admit a sunk cost? Well damn. In light of the Thielen rumor, I was trying to see whether John Metchie would be cut, but he was traded to the Eagles almost a week ago.
