    I can get on board with the idea its genius to move up and target the players you want... but I have an issue with who he is targeting and when. Both Thompson and Funchess could have been taken later I believe.

    I found the part about the Cowboys asking old coaches about Hardys character and "coming away liking what they hear" pretty interesting.. Now it doesn't say Panthers coaches but you would assume that is who they reached out to. More proof it's JR/Gettleman not wanting him back than the coaches and team.

    Greg Hardy | FA (March 16, 2015 3:03 PM EDT) Yahoo's Charles Robinson reports there's "nothing imminent" between the Cowboys and free agent Greg Hardy. However, the Cowboys appear to very much be looking into the ex-Panther. NBC Washington's Dianna Marie Russini reports the Cowboys have "talked to Hardy's old coaches to learn more about his character," and have so far "(liked) what they've (heard)."     I'd love Crabtree but I doubt the front office makes a move on him due to his personality issues. There is no doubt he has the talent to be a fine #2 in the league if he could ever put it all together and stay healthy.

    I was following on twitter all day with the updates. The punt returners really concern me with all the muffed catches. Josh Cribbs is still available. He might be our best bet to sign strictly as a KR/PR
