  1. dude i seriously don't know what you are insuniating here...? So try again or just stop now, it is annoying and unproductive.
  2. I am not coping at all.. i am pretty sure i have been very balanced on my perspective of Bryce. You are choosing to make me into something I am not. This is when I hate debating with you on the huddle because you get personal and emotional so fast.
  3. .58 seconds is a great one. I want you to count how long it takes for Bryce to recognize the pressure coming from the end who sheds his block, the read of Chark, the read of the safey underneath, and then Bryce stopping on a dime to throw a dime while his body momentum is going the opposite direction of the angle of the throw. All of that poo happens in less than 1 sec, watch the timer on the video if you need proof. That is the exact type of poo that Hurst was talking about to the Jet's dlineman in Hard Knocks and Camp Confidential.
  4. im trying to get a mini version in before i have to head to the airport but for some NFL.com hasnt released the A22's yet.
  5. if you don't seee it some of those off balance throws he made last night and last week, then you are choosing not to like the pick. If that was Maye or Howell making those throws last night, you would be kicking and screaming about how amazing they are. I get your bias, but your impatience doesn't match the amount of time and effort you put into watching football.
  6. NFL ready doesnt mean NFL experienced. I get that we are frustrated but choking this kid to death after playing two of the top defenses in the league is just unbalanced. Especially with backup guards in the mix.
  7. I see how you are attempting to spin that... but him checking out doesnt mean it was the wrong check. I know two of them were dropped balls and 1 of them was an over throw to a wide open Thielen. This is a rookie we are talking about, but for some reason you want to persecute the kid like he is a 5 year vet.
  8. that is reich's offense though... run to setup the pass. As i posted moments ago, if your run game doesnt get going, Frank's philosophy goes out the window.
  9. i can't respond to this without seeing the all-22. "Lost" is very subjective and opinionated. We have no idea the call, the decision, what he saw or the pressure. Bryce changed about 8 plays at the line last night and 3 of them led to a gain or first down. So I strongly disagree with the kids gloves. In all honesty, the real question should be "are they putting too much on Bryce?"
  10. i havent seen the All-22 but I can say without having to see it that the issue is not that they dont trust Bryce... People were complaining on here and reddit that we werent running the ball enough... you'd think we would run the ball more if we didnt trust Bryce, right?
  11. i definitely havent seen the Reich playbook that was shared here on the huddle in the offseason. I can't recall which poster it was but they share a git with the full breakdown of Reich's playbook and it was 50+ pages long. I have only seen about 30% of what that doc had in it. So I am not sure if this is due to a slow progression or change of philosophy. Speaking of philosophy... Reich's offense has always been about the run setting up the pass ... and with the current run game being sub par (personally i think this is due to oline, not the backs) ... I don't see a world this offense can succeed until we figure that part out.
  12. lol... why the fug would they make that poo up? How do you even organize that?! Do you privately sit down with each player and the PR team gives them a script?
  13. related to my post above is a perfect example of going to advanced with your offense right out of the gate:
  14. My read on it is that it's in the playbook, but we have just not opened it up that far. Much like McVay said with Goff when he took over Goff's second year... the playbooks opens up once you get your feet beneath you. I would not be surprised if we are witnesses the exact same scenario... bc this is extremely common in the NFL (see below). Unless you are the 2022 Dolphins... they did everything in their playbook last year and led the league wtih pre-snap penalties bc they couldnt get their pre-snap motions right and the back half of the year teams had them figured out. However, this year they look very good in the 2nd year of that offense. “I can’t put a percentage on it (how much more),” McVay said. “I will just say it’s evolved a little bit. Going back to last year at this time, we were figuring out what we wanted and how we wanted to operate. We had to find out what personnel groupings were going to be our main ones. Now we have a little familiarity with our players. We have a better direction on how we want to operate.” “I think it’s just about being a productive receiver. Doing the little things the right way, being a threat that can kind of really challenge people down the field, but also intermediate and underneath,” McVay said recently. “Like you’ve heard us say over and over, he’s not really limited in any way that we can utilize him. But, I think he does a really nice job of kind of fitting into that ‘X’ role in terms of what we’re looking for from that spot.”
  15. Mays needs to go back to the practice squad and we need to find another player from another team’s ps. Mays… just doesn’t seam to have it for the pros.
  16. The chiefs literally do this every sneak play. They have the tight end take the sneak. we did this during cam’s come back season. The patriots did it with gronk earlier in the dynasty years. The saints did it with taysum hill….. either you are choosing to not remember, haven’t watched much football , or just need to try to make your post sound even more oblivious.
  17. Don’t forget the chark throw in the first quarter off of the play action roll out. He had to readjust while rolling left to suddenly stop and throw while defender was pursuing him and he fit it in between two defenders. but don’t let me disturb the narrative in this thread .. so I’ll go back to packing for Italy.
  18. Sanders won’t go pro bc he is taking advantage of the NIL. Sanders and his investors are pretty brilliant right now … they aren’t just coaching football, they are treating college football like a professional futbol club in Europe. the strategy in Europe is that if you buy a futbol club and pump money into it and buy players then you will bring more fans and more money into club’s revenue streams. Then the club gets promoted and the owners become filthy rich. sanders is doing the exact same thing with Colorado. He is making so much money on the growth of the fan base and popularity. He shared in a podcast that he has a % revenue in his contract with Colorado. So he isn’t just making his coaching salary, but he profiting off of their popularity and merch sales. this is an example of how NIL is ruining college football, bc the next “Deion” is gonna so the same thing to another losing school. Eventually, these kids will be treated like futbol players and go where the biggest money opportunity is.
  19. You are crazy if you are overlooking Nico Collins… the guy will probably be one of the best receivers in the AFC this year. He has boom potential written all over him. Even when the Texans drafted him people were foaming bc of his abilities. Dell Collins Metchie Schultz woods that is a great group of receivers.
  20. No idea what that means. I’m just calling your post out bc it was creating some false friction within the staff. Not sure why you put “rumblings” when you were referring to a frank reich quote. Very misleading.
  21. What you are recalling is when frank was asked what would it take to hand over the duties and what the difference was between them as play callers. Frank was sharing that he and Thomas have different approaches but neither approach is wrong. he said that he would ask Thomas for feedback and Thomas would ask him for feedback. I don’t see or hear that as rumblings that there is conflict between the two like your posts attempts to make it sound. Thomas Brown willbe calling plays if the offense doesn’t figure it out by week 4. this team misses Austin Corbett badly. He was best o lineman statisitcally last year… that’s the pain we are feeling.
