It's the select team...basically the guys who Coach K knows will come in, bust their ass, and hustle after the actual Olympic guys. Why would the Plums or Zeller make the team? K is familiar with them, they'll hustle, yada yada. Not to mention there aren't many American big guys willing and able to fill these roles I'd imagine. 

 

 

 

 

Also, they're white and he's Duke's coach. Amirite?
