I wonder if we could trade a 3rd rounder for Kalil. Let big bro sort him out.

He means trade a 3rd to the Vikings for OT Matt Kalil. Would be an absolute steal for us and would be huge for our line. No chance the Vikings bite on it though, probably wouldn't even for a 2nd. He's been struggling in Minnesota against not very great pass rushes (except St Louis week 1) and supposedly Turner and Zimmer aren't very high on him as their franchise guy. I think it'd be fuging awesome to have both Matt and Ryan as cornerstones on our line for the future. Matt is risky because he seems to have gotten worse (or stayed the same) every year instead of getting better, but I bet being with his brother would help him and despite the struggles he's been way better than what we already have.

Doubt trading a former #4 overall pick, a LT at that, would go over well, and probably ain't happening. But it does make sense. Word is he cared more about his beach body and lacks the passion for football needed to be great. Make no mistake the honeymoon is definitely over there for him, but some tough love from big bro may be just what the doctor ordered.
