Depends on the condition but those old Buicks are known to run forever and ever..but it depends on the condition

The problem isn't the engine, it's everything else. With the exception of a few turds with design flaws, pretty much any engine made in the last 20 years will reliably run for years & years. But all the other poo in vehicles will not last that long. Mileage doesn't hurt accessories as much as age. 23 years is a long time.
