Panthers Practice on Monday/Tuesday

Does anyone know what time the Panthers generally practice? .I'm heading to Charlotte to see Kobe play tomorrow night and want to see if I can catch the Panthers players coming in to practice on Monday/Tuesday.

Last week they practiced T-W-TH and had Friday off for Christmas.  Maybe will do the same this week for New Year's Day??

Tuesday is normal day off for NFL.

RR has been giving Mondays off for winning..........

3/4 of the team has been showing up anyway to workout.

guarantee all are required to be present tomorrow.
