He's right for the most part. Oher was serviceable last year, while Remmers is your typical below average guy who should be depth. The other three are some of the better players at their position, especially Turner, who's a top 3-5 Guard in the league.

The hidden secret to the Panthers' success in 2015 was the improved play of the offensive line, including Norwell. The left guard allowed all of two sacks in 2015. Of course, a guard's main focus is to pound in the run game -- and the 24-year-old succeeded in that area as well, as Carolina's ground attack (and the play of back Jonathan Stewart) greatly contributed to the team's Super Bowl run.
