NFC SOUTH

We play in the most inconsistent division in football. Even us winning it 3 years in a row has to have an * next to it because we were not a very good football team in 2014. (7-8-1) Do you feel that the Atlanta hype train is legit? Or do you feel they will fall from greatness just as history shows with our division? It feels eerily similar to us with a MVP QB, unstoppable offense, and all the hype. To me it feels more like smoke and mirrors, and I don't see Atlanta being a consistent NFC juggernaut upon this seasons end. I'm not saying that because I'm jealous, hell the Bucs could win it next year for all we know. It just feels like national media wants to put them on a GB level (running the NFCN) just like they did with us last year, when in fact we all kinda know how the NFCS flip flops every single year. We all should have expected a down season for us this year, its just how the division works. Even the Saints who won the super bowl in 2010 did not win the NFCS the following year, the Bucs win the super bowl follow it up with an 8-8 season. Why should I feel any different about Atlanta with all these writers talking about them being the blueprint to success? Up until this season Matt Ryan was 1-4 in the postseason, lost the division to us at home 30-10, and followed that up starting 5-0 with an 8-8 finish. I'm sick of hearing about how 'dominant' Atlanta is, I congratulate them on the season they're having and thats great, but the Georgia Peaches are in for a rude awakening next season.

Panthers are still set up to be the best of the division for the next decade or so. We're ahead of TB and ATL has a smaller window for Ryan than we do Newton.

We're a couple of players away on each side of the ball. If we can plug the right guys in this offseason, we'll be rolling again.

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
