the cowshits play in texas though. not oklahoma. that means you can really choose whatever team you want the same way I did before the panthers. this guy grew up the way the majority of the state did pre-panthers. a deadskins fan cuz they were on our tvs most. but once you get YOUR OWN HOME TEAM you should support them. i know there are a lot of people like this guy, but it still bothers me.

I feel you

wait, not like that tho! :D

It's like this. If we don't support our home team and we loose our home team,we'll all be driving to Atlanta to watch NFL football. If we where to loose this team my guess is ,you'll never see pro football in the Carolina's again in your LIFETIME...

GO PANTHERS...........

Hey all I am planning on going to the game this weekend. It will actually be my first NFL game. Im redskins fan and live in Fayetteville so I figure it would be a good opportunity to see my team play even if i may not like the results lol. grew up a redskins fan way before the Panthers got here and always stuck with my team.

Anyways how does parking at the stadium work? How much does parking cost and are there any free parking areas lol. Also how early will they allow you to come into the stadium. Id like to get there as early as possible.

Thanks

Jerry

All parking is free. Bring a box of cigars to smoke in the stands and be sure to get drunk and take your shirt off.

Maybe you can paint "Jerry Richardson Sucks" on your chest.

my last trip in from wilmington I parked at the lynx station on 485 and rode the rail on in. $3 round trip ride is hard to beat.

Glad to hear it worked out! You can't beat it. And, yes, I'll happily pay $3 to avoid paying $20 to park downtown, as parking is free at the Lynx station.

lol hey we are both having a horrible season so far, hopefully both clubs can turn it around. i have no hard feelings for the panthers at all, just dallas and new england =)

Former Redskins fan here. You honestly have stuck with the Redskins considering Dan Snyder is the Al Davis of the NFC???

I was a Redskins fan first but Dan Snyder alone was enough made me jump off the bandwagon. He is certainly NO Jack Kemp Cooke and has led that franchise into abject misery since he took over as owner. I was a diehard Redskins fan and still hate Dallas to this day because of this.

It was ultimately easier for me as a fan because I was saw the light and was on the Panthers bandwagon the minute we had a franchise for the Carolinas.

Wow...just wow. :willy_nilly:

    • if  ANYONE actually goes & looks at the FACTS on rookie Qb's after 2 full seasons as a starter in the NFL & they are still below average do they rarely ever actually become top tier Qb's & instead most likely either do not recieve a second contract or become life long backups...just saying
    • So he became GM and decided not to address the weakness in the QB room following one of the worst rookie QB performances in NFL history?  There were options last season other than signing Dalton to a 2 year deal. Brissett and Jones by a wide margin, both of whom outplayed Bryce, Wilson, Winston, hell even Rivers off the couch was more exciting at the QB position. The time to address the failure in the QB room was last year but instead people on the Huddle cheered when we brought Dalton back then cheered when we were able to get anything for him after they finally realized he was washed up like a few of had been saying all along and got poo'd for even mentioning.  This year, the options were more limited obviously, especially since we lost Icky. It changed the dynamic of our draft. I think we were stuck this year keeping Bryce, but i still think giving him a 5th year option for what has amounted to replacement worthy performance was the wrong move. Why guarantee 25m if you're planning to replace him? You think he's going to want to be a bridge QB? Hell no. He's going to want out and we'll end up cutting him if he has another lackluster season because no one is trading for him with that price tag.  Were there better options as far as production available. A couple. Were there guys available with more physical tools than Bryce, Pickett or Grier, you damn well better believe there were. I've been saying all along, you always keep looking for your 1b. Bryce has yet to prove he can be a starter. Keep looking for someone who may. Put competition in camp. Let the best QB lead the team. Stop settling for less than mediocre.
