He didnt throw it. It popped out of his hand. Another one was the Sharper pick 6. He fumbled the ball and Miami should have had it at the 20. SI had a 2 page blowup of that showing the ball out of his hands, and he was about a yard outside of the end zone. Another one was a Davone Bess fumble. He was down. The ground can't cause a fumble.

So, I'd say the refs more than made up for the replay not working.
