Eh, I’m a bit of an overachiever despite being lazy. 

And much appreciated, our offense has been in a slight slump the last few weeks but I think once our key guys can get some much needed rest, we’ll be back to firing on all cylinders. They’re now battle tested after that murder’s row schedule we had this year so once we hit the playoffs it should be familiar territory as opposed to having a cupcake schedule all year and getting waxed once the real bullets start flying in January.

As for Brees “stroking out”, we aren’t too concerned. If it were on the road, it’d have a bit more merit but being in the confines of home all January will benefit greatly.

Especially since coming to New Orleans, he has a perfect 5-0 home playoff record, 67.8 completion %, a 12-1 TD-INT ratio, and a QB rating of 116.8 so if we do get bounced, it’ll likely be because of the defense and not Brees.
