and you can take that to the bank

we stink it up in the reg season but this team plays to its highest potential in the post season

If we can just get to the NFCC, I like our chances

Gmen did not impress me to be honest with you

their D was toast and if it were not for all that soft zone garbage, Eli would've eaten alive

by a miracle, they beat us

how many oppertunites did we blow

Smith with his DUMB holding call

Kasay shanking the FG

about 3 dropped int's in OT

im telling you people, if we play them again, we will throttle them

remember the time a few yrs ago the Bears killed us in the reg season but we whipped them in the playoffs

They beat us. There's no reason to think they can't do it again, until we beat them.

thank you. level headed and true. im not gloating, just saying that your boy here is right. we had longer possesion and more yards. mathematically that normally wins football games. BOTH teams made mistakes, of course, so why wouuld the panthers have so much of a bigger chance to win a rematch? if anything, wouldnt the giants be favored since we beat you once already? good game btw

hahaha i almost peed myself, first of all your team would have to stop the run. even with 8 guys in the box once in a while nine you still could not stop the run.

We do not need trolls. If you want to discuss the game, give your opinion, don't talk poo like anybody is going to get offended.

    • He has attempted 8 shootout goals in his NHL career and made 1. He is among our worst SO guys on the entire roster in terms of career stats.
    • Against Miami, the Panthers were behind by 17 in the 2nd quarter facing a 4th - 5. Young completed a 21 yard pass and they went on to score 7 on that drive. Then in the 4th, down by 4, they faced a 4th - 5 and again, he completed a 17 yard pass and they went onto score a TD for the win. He also accounted for 2 of the 3 TD's.  As I said, he got them in that mess and no doubt, Rico gets credit as well, but missing on either of those 4th down conversions hands the ball over and results in 1 or 2 less TD's giving them a loss. As you said though, that's just a small quibble. The real question is how does the FO see it?  I am guessing they see it as something to build on. I think most peope here see it as a total loss and fully expect the FO to see it that way as well. Time will tell.
    • Kochetkov is just too streaky. TBD if Freddie is doing that too. Freddie is the more reliable goalie over his career. The Bussi kid looks like he could be a solid #2 eventually.  Just need to figure out the #1 guy. Same as almost every year. It's not talent, it's consistency and being able to step up in the playoffs.
