She must have misunderstood. I have owned PSLs from day 1. In the past you got charged for 2 games and had to pay even if they were not played in Charlotte. Last year they started the credit card option. Is not like you were screwed out of the money. It was applied to next years season ticket bill if the games didn't happen.
