Morrow has previously been titled Executive Director of Player Personnel (with Pat Stewart having the same title minus the "Executive") but was for all intents and purposes the Director of College Scouting. The Panthers recently gave that job and title to former WFT scout Cole Spencer.

They did a similar "senior advisory" thing some years back with former College Scouting Director Don Gregory shortly before phasing him out altogether. Could be a similar story here but don't know for sure.

Morrow and Pro Scouting Director Matt Allen are the last remaining executives from the Richardson era.
