Just stop embarrassing yourself. The fact you are closing in on 3,000 posts in another teams' board is worse enough. Talking smack on a board elsewhere from your own is an attempt to hide the true fear and disarray you are feeling when analyzing the Saints' 0-3 slide. In reality, rather than concerning yourself with a team out of playoff contention, you should be scheming and finding ways to make up for your on-field play and lack of momentum that will come to bite you in the ass in the upcoming weeks. Keep lying to yourself when you say the Saints are the greatest team in NFL history. That could not be further from the truth. At best they are a team who peaked far too early, won the division in a conference full of confusion and problems off the field, and finally reached the playoffs again only to let down their newly acquired fans. The Saints 2009 NFC South title was not a symbol of their highly talented roster, but the three other teams not being able to find rhythm or the right personnel until it was too late.

Furthermore, I can't wait to poo on you when the Saints' go crawling back to the bottom of the NFL, when they go one and done, and when next season Carolina is healthy and ready to dominate. It's going to be a fun one to watch with our two backs, a newly emerging QB, a highly improved receiving core, one of the best and a healthy offensive lines, a deep and talented defensive line led by a new and hungry #90 who will make Brees' life a living hell come Sundays. As if that weren't enough, look for two Carolina LB's to make the pro bowl, crush the run and will of opposing teams, and a secondary who will feed on takeways and continue to excel on all levels. Good bye.

LOL at the irony. You post about all of our missed playoff appearances and post this little gem. I love it.

Also, I'm not sure why you brought up franchise history considering I said 4 years. Is that how long you have been following Carolina?

So because I know more than you and 95% of your fan base about me that makes me a Panthers fan? Why not informed?

Welcome brother J.

The Saints were never good in the first place, I'm sure you and your Panther knowledge will be a welcome addition to the forums.

Big hits = BFD when you and your team are sitting in your chairs at home this post season watching the Saints play in the playoffs. Even if the saints are one and done...we made it, you didn't. Respect your DIVISION CHAMPIONS! LOL

    • We won't know the answer to this for a long time. Reality is, Caleb has been the consensus #1 in that draft for years. Bryce was a similar situation, but mostly the same. He was not the clear and obvious #1 that Caleb was, but most teams had Bryce at QB1. The Panthers were always going to be terrible Bryce's rookie year.  I don't think DJ Moore's presence would have changed anything about that offense, as our guards, center, and left tackle were getting demolished on nearly every snap. It's clear Caleb's dad was trying to do everything possible to ensure Caleb didn't end up in Chicago with Eberflus. It's hard to imagine that he wouldn't have done the same, but probably more publicly with our situation, considering Carolina is an easier target for the media than Chicago. We can all speculate, but it's impossible to tell who is going to have the better career on May 16, 2025. If either QB doesn't pan out, we have an easy answer. If both flame out, the bears clearly won the trade, but it wouldn't have really mattered anyway. We all know how we win the trade. Candidly, even if one of the other picks we gave up ends up being a hall of fame player, we don't know if the panthers would have taken that player anyway. All you can do is make the best decision you can in the moment with the information you have. I really like Bryce Young, and I'm glad he's a Carolina Panther.  The only way to win in the modern NFL is to have an absolute dude at QB. I personally am happy that our franchise recognizes this, as I remember times when they did not.
    • This year, there's been enough positive talk from core players, free agents, and coaches to where I believe the culture building and momentum is more important than fighting for a worse record.
