Are people really confident in Jarrett stepping up, or are they just hopeful?

I'm neither on if people are confident in jarrett or hopeful... whoever we get in the draft is gonna become the #2 option. I think fox will use jarrett on third downs as a slot receiver, which is where he lined up mostly this past season. it'll be arrelious benn, jacoby ford, or damian williams that plays opposite of steve smith this coming season. my money's on damian williams. and just a quick sleeper pick: one of the LB from penn state. not sure which one though...
