basically talked about the cuts and how he'd miss the players. talked about becoming a leader for the team and how he feels old now(laughing of course.) it then moved on to his love of soccer, where he talked about Fifa(the game) and how he's a big fan of soccer.

then it moved on to food where he was asked who was the biggest eater on the team, which he responded Maake, and how it was impressive seeing how much he could eat(no surprise there haha.)

then onto his diet/food and appearance on the Rachel Ray cooking show where he competed against Chad Henne and another guy. said he enjoyed it but didn't like losing because he's really competitive. also mentioned his diet which was 9 meals a day, and said it was really working for him as he dropped over 4% of body fat and packed on lean muscle.

that's off the top of my head, might have missed something.

wow, 9 meals a day... Most things I've read suggest eating 6 times a day and that's not all meals, in order to keep your metabolism going, pack on lean muscle and drop fat...

That is ridiculous.

Always good to see Beast doing his thing, although I imagine there wasn't a whole lot to say about our team, with how busy we are in the free agent market and all...

I can barely eat 3 meals a day...then again I don't work out. I read once about the daily breakfast Michael Phelps had during the Olympics. More than I eat in a whole day maybe two days haha. I can't imagine how much you have to work out to keep fit...then again guys like Maake eat to get fat.

Well they aren't huge meals. and Michael Phelps eats something like 12k calories a day or something :o

    • fuging awesome win all around, loved nearly everything I saw. Of course the Nets suck and we’ve won our opener like 10 straight season lol so it doesn’t mean much but better than losing or having certain young players look terrible.   Hopefully we can stay healthy can keep building.   Also, for at least a couple days, all 3 Carolina pro sports teams have winning records… When was the last time that happened? I think last time both Charlotte teams had winning records was 2018 but Canes I think were below .500 then
    • Me either. I actually thinks it's the worst thing that could have happened. The last thing we need right now is Bryce out for any length of time. We need him to play for the FO to decide, correctly or not, if he is the future of this team. 
    • The game thread is stream of consciousness. I may or may not have made a tasteless remark I don’t recall.    I know that my reaction was mixed, , not sure if I thought it was a positive or a negative in terms of.the game.    What I do know is we don’t need him hurt in the middle of a year where the jury is looking to come in on his future. fug that we need him playing and healthy so it is a fair game evaluation wise.    That is absolutely the most important thing in my mind by a large margin. I am not happy he is hurt, at all.
