I don't really understand why so many fans assume that the Panthers will struggle against the run this year. Except for the rookies, all of these guys now have a year in Meek's system, so they should be in much better shape than they were early last year, which was when opponents really racked up the rushing yardage on them. They got much better against the run as the season wore on in 09.

Hopefully, they can stay relatively healthy through TC this year as well. I think people are kind of forgetting just how hard it was for the Panthers to replace Kemo last year while Peppers was taking up all their cap space.

Word. I think our defense will do fine. Sure they may struggle a little, but many of them are young & some are new. But they will do just fine. :)
