we would not get a top 10 pick for stewart. period.

didnt say we would trade him for a top 10 pick. I said if the team sucks(has a losing record and gets a top 5/10 pick) then yes, I would trade him...IF MARK INGRAM ENTERS THE DRAFT AND IS AVAILABLE WHEN WE PICK.

The rationale for trading Stewart is that we can't pay both our RB's and that we'd be just as good with one of them and a less talented #2.

So why would we trade away Stewart just to draft RB who would create an even bigger inefficient use of talent/cap room?

Keep Stewart, trade down and draft a Cornerback, and some D-lineman.
