How many of you still have faith in Fox?

I hope he proves you wrong next year. And we might as well trust in Fox, because he'll be guiding the ship for at least a year or two more. If not longer. :cheers2:

I do hope he can prove me wrong next year. But I highly doubt this team will make playoff if no major changes are made in the off season.

This comment puts you in the category of "has no clue what he's talking about."

Just a little bump for those that love Foxy. Do you still love him? You say this but then say How The Golden Calf of Bristol is not a reliable QB... Gosh I wonder if I should listen to you???? hhhhhmmmmmm I say no.

I made that comment when you said "Anything less than a superbowl win and he's fired." That's obviously not true. If he won the division again, or made a strong playoff appearance with a wild card, that would be plenty to keep his job. Regardless, I think we'll go something like 7-9 and he'll keep his job anyway. There was nothing in that post or any of my other posts to suggest that I "love Foxy."

And yeah, you're right. The Golden Calf of Bristol's a great passer. You're smarter than the vast majority of NFL Scouts who believe he has no chance as an NFL QB.

 NFL scouts are never wrong.....Ryan Leaf??

Sure, they're wrong sometimes. But The Golden Calf of Bristol does not fit our offense the way it is right now. If he's still available in the 5th, I'd take him, but no sooner. And even if we did pick him up, it wouldn't be as our next passing quarterback. He doesn't have the accuracy or the arm strength to dish downfield like we need him to. Obviously Jake doesn't have that right now, either, but The Golden Calf of Bristol is not the solution to our QB problems.

    • There probably isn’t an orthopedic surgery that has had more improvement in technique and outcomes over the last two decades than the acl repair. Because of its importance in pro sports and the sheer number that surgeons do there have been lots of opportunities to practice 1. Better techniques - arthroscopic v open surgery means people heal faster  2. More training - all sports med surgeons have tons of experience doing them 3. better imaging - later generations of mri are more sensitive  4. better therapy - PTs have gotten better at rehabbing them and the theories of rehab have improved a lot. No idea about brooks in particular tho, but I’d describe that overall situation as “not great”
    • If Freeling or either of the Utah OTs dropped to 19 I'd be more than happy honestly. Our OT situation isn't great with an aging Moton at RT and a mess of a situation at LT if Walker goes down at any point in time.  What I'm expecting the Panthers to do is probably draft another weapon like Sadiq or KC Conception. That's been their track record in drafting R1 thus far. None of the defensive talent projected to be around 19 stands out to me. Unless they just want to draft a LB early (Rodriguez,  CJ Allen, Anthony Hill, Jake Gollday).
