You can get the demo at File Planet as well. Demo doesn't let you get much of a taste of the magic play in the game. Although at least some magic does appear to be targetted and not simply auto lock on, same with ranged attacks and melee attacks. Melee seems to be combo oriented with timed mouse clicks based on visual cues triggering the combos. I wasn't very impressed with the character models or the dreadful voice acting though. Might be worth a shot, I'll check out some full game reviews before I dive in though.

Game looks nice outside of the aforementioned face models.

But holy poo this is the worst texture popping I've seen since like Far Cry 2. blegh. Hopefully someone finds a way to prevent that in the config file or something.

Hard to be immersed when grass loads three fuging feet in front of you.

Voice acting is bad.

Gameplay-wise, I have mixed feelings. It certainly doesn't feel like a gothic game. But it could still be good in its own right.

I'm still more excited for Two Worlds 2 though. (yeah, I said it)
