Shonn Greene

I had him in the last couple weeks and he really isnt doing much just because of LT. But, if you watched the game the other night he wasn't getting anywhere when he was given the ball anyways.

Heres his analysis from cbssports

Greene now has just 106 rushing yards for the season compared 208 for Tomlinson, but Greene believe his time is coming. We would expect Greene to run well in Week 4 against the Bills, and it's a great matchup for him. Consider Greene a sleeper against Buffalo, and look for his best performance of the season. We like him as a low-end No. 2 RB in his matchup next week.

Sidenote: I am starting the Saints defense against us this wknd :)

he has the bills this week and DET and CLE in 9 and 10. also BUF again in playoff wk 17. i want to keep him, but if he doesn't show something this week i think he's gone.

and Boo. sadly we are amongst the teams i just mentioned. i always look for defenses on the wire that are facing them.

    • Having trouble finding all these articles saying the Raiders withheld information. Here’s the latest from Crosby’s surgeon: ElAttrache told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Wednesday morning that Crosby was "doing very well in the early part of his rehab and recovery from surgery to treat a significant meniscus tear and the related stress injury to the bone and cartilage in his knee. He is certainly on track in his planned program." "We truly respect the work of the Ravens' staff with Maxx regarding the contract physical exam. We also understand the challenge the staff faces when tasked to provide a future risk assessment based on an evaluation early in the recovery process," ElAttrache said. "This is especially challenging when dealing with an elite player like Maxx considering the level of commitment necessary for a team to obtain him. The timing of this assessment is unfortunate because the apparent risk will lessen as his recovery progresses and his return to performance over the next few months becomes clear."     So the Ravens excuse is the future risk assessment based on the physical, not that the Raiders withheld information. They found an excuse to save face publicly. They had the right to cancel the trade for no reason at all, but they’re trying to save face with the most acceptable reasoning they can find. I’ve heard and seen the Ravens getting dragged everywhere for this. You know what would be an easy way to put a stop to that if you’re the Ravens and the Raiders were actually the shady ones withholding information? Just come out and say that you were not given all the medical information. But they aren’t saying that. I guess they’re just taking the bullet for the Raiders just because?    Speculation indeed.
    • Two first round picks for a guy with very questionable knees who will be 29 this summer. Yes it is safe to say the Ravens got cold feet.
    • The salary cap is the reason we got Phillips and Lloyd
