The shop is upstairs from the county morgue and has gruesome gifts including novelty body bags and metal identity rings - normally attached to a corpse's toe...Other goods include Post It notes shaped in the coroner's official logo - the chalk outline of a body - and branded boxer shorts called ''undertakers''...There is also a host of items embossed with the body logo including money clips, magnets, sports bags, mugs, beach towels, key rings, baseball caps, Christmas decorations and books about the human body...The shop sells more than 100 keepsakes such as golf balls and crime scene 'Party Tape' - covered with phrases such as 'Fresh Graves - Keep Out'...There is even a 'Children's Corner' in the store selling item such as 'My First Skeleton' - a rubber anatomy kit for kids...The shops sells shirts, jackets and windbreaks and through its online store has around 30,000 customers worldwide including the UK, Australia and France...The gift shop is located in the coroner's building - which investigates more than 10,000 sudden, violent or unusual deaths in Los Angeles County every year...Despite the gruesome nature of the shop officials say it is all in a good cause - with profits going to fund anti-drink drive and anti-weapons programs.

    • I never thought a second look was even necessary. I was begging the football gods not to have us trade up to the 1st pick. And damn once we did it was a thoroughbred vs a little pony.    If you have a perceived generational player in the pool and you have the 1st pick, you just don’t trade it. In the first place. But all this Bryce drama - which (understandably) takes over almost any thread, just like this one - would never have happened if the team was not sold to Tepper.
    • I agree. I understand why he did though. And surely he had his parents in his ear who have always gone out of their way to make sure he always had the best and the least amount of adversity around him to that point in his life advising him to do so. Where I take the most issue with it is when people who just want to be sycophants start listing off other QB's who didn't throw at the combine and you don't even make it through half the names before your eyes roll right into the back of your head realizing every single of those QB's who didn't throw already clearly showcased the necessary prerequisite physical talents needed for the position.
