East coast storm...who to start

So it looks like a storm will head up the east coast this Sunday. I know it's the weather and can always change. Could effect the Saints-Ravens game in Baltimore, the Eagles-Giants game at the meadowlands, and the Pats-Packers game at Foxboro. Keep this in mind for your line-ups.

That being said would you recommend starting Colston in Baltimore if the weather is bad?

How about Vick in the snow? ( also have Brady )
