When do the draft mags come out?

Now first of all I would like to state that it is an undeniable truth that they are outdated before the hit the shelves and only suckers buy them.

But I am a sucker and I like a magazine more than a laptop.

So when do they usually come out? It's around late march right?

I usually get Lindys, Pro-Football Weekly, and SportingNews/Steet&Smith's. There is usually a wildcard in there too.
