Skyline * spoiler*

Awesomeness!!

I know I'm late here, but ......I don't care. I actually find this movie trying to google a torrent for Battle LA. This movie Skyline pops up instead. Its new, so I figure what the hell, and watch it. Good lord this may literally be one of the most garbage movies ever made. The plot is simple. Aliens attack, humans try to survive. This dude comes to LA with his girl, party, go to sleep, then the aliens invade..................apparently looking at the blue light kills you, and or affects you in some way (they never explained this) The dude gets his gun as if thats going to stop aliens that have traveled billions of light years to come to Earth, and rightfully so is eaten up trying to get away in a fuging car. Of course, hes black, and the first person to die.....again. Oh yeah, his mistress dies with him. Then the aliens go inside the building (ripped straight of off War of the World) and kill this old dude and his dog. The rest of the cast, all 4 of them then argue for an hour about if they should make a run for it. The Military comes and tries to Nuke the aliens who have craft in the sky. The nuke apparently works, as the craft it hits breaks apart. The people, who in a building right less than a mile away from A NUCLEAR BLAST don't die. Aren't even injured. Windows don't even break. Oh yeah, and the aliens fix their planes or whatever the hell they are. At this point I'm thinking "wow, what a stupid fuging movie" but I've already watched it up to this point, I mind as well see how retarded it turns out. Then the dude that comes to the city runs outside trying to flag down a Military helicopter, which gets blown up. The aliens then "rapture" then up to the craft. Inside the craft, the aliens take off your head. The girl fights, and apparently her BF somehow becomes an alien, looks at her, then walks away....................yes, thats how it ends.

I'm not really a movie person. Whenever I go to the movies I'm usually sucking titties, but I really wanted to see Battle La because I'm in to those kind of movies. This however makes me not want to watch any movie of this genre. The acting is hideous, the dialog was written by my 8 year old brother apparently, they even managed to fug up the plot....somehow. Like I said, I know I'm late here, but..............just wow..

They never explained why the aliens came, how the blue light affected you, why it affected you etc. Whoever directed, created, wrote, hell, even the people that catered the people that directed, created and wrote this movie need to be thrown in a Federal Prison.

Pretty much exactly what I thought of it, too. Which is why I"m worried that it was the prequel to Battlefield, LA

    • Wide Receiver: Tetairoa McMillan, Carolina Panthers – 85.3 One of the more shocking developments of the 2025 NFL season has been the Carolina Panthers’ ascension to the top of the NFC South, which they achieved with Sunday’s win over the Buccaneers. Perhaps nobody has made a bigger difference than former eighth overall pick Tetairoa McMillan, who continued to be a steady presence in the Panthers’ offense. McMillan caught six passes for 73 yards and a touchdown in the win Tight End: Mitchell Evans, Carolina Panthers – 91.1 Evans only saw the field for 16 snaps, but he was efficient in his limited playing time. He caught all three of his targets for 23 yards on just six receiving snaps while also grading well in pass protection (72.2 grade) and as a run-blocker (68.4) Edge Defender: Nic Scourton, Carolina Panthers – 77.9 The former second-rounder out of Texas A&M has been a force along the Panthers’ defensive line, and he was a key contributor in Carolina’s huge win over the Buccaneers. Scourton recorded two stops as a run-defender and added another while in coverage. Scourton also tallied his sixth sack of the year while contributing another pressure to the mix Safety: Lathan Ransom, Carolina Panthers – 75.7 Another Carolina Panther on this week’s list, Ransom has typically been stronger in run defense — he carries an 85.2 grade in that field on the season. But Sunday against the Buccaneers was his best day in coverage. Ransom intercepted his only target, which wound up being the game-winner that put the Panthers in the driver’s seat in the NFC South
