It sounds interesting but the battery life is really short (2.5-4hrs) and the 3D effect doesn't work well for everyone. I'd wait for the next model to see if they can improve some of the issues and hopefully a better library of games will be out.

decided what the hell and ordered it....get it on Sunday. For once, my little girl will be able to say she's at the front edge of what's available instead of this friend has this and that friend has that!!!! She deserves it.

Just got my 3DS. It's cool but we need better games to see it's full potential. Can't wait till this summer when Ocarina of Time comes out.

haven't played around with it, but my daughter loves it. Only bought her the 3D Sims, which looks cool. The camera etc is cool
